Functionalities

The Pandey Transport Services mobile application provides the following key functionalities:

Order Creation and Fulfillment: Our team facilitates partnerships between demand and supply by managing bid acceptances and coordinating logistics posted by shippers. This process may involve collecting details like pick-up/drop-off locations, freight value, and truck specifications from within the Platform
In-App Calls: Users may make and receive calls directly from the Platform to confirm bookings, and details such as ratings, locations, and verification statuses of partners may be displayed for easy access. A "Calls" section records these interactions.

Disclosure and Retention of Personal Information

Personal Information is used solely for its intended purposes, with retention limited to the period necessary to achieve those purposes or as required by law.

Credit Information Retention Policy

Credit Information Access: Effective as of 1st August 2024, all credit information access will require consent through an OTP verification sent to the registered mobile number.
Consent Logs: All consent is logged with a timestamp and IP address.
Withdrawal of Consent: Users may withdraw consent by contacting support at support@pandeytransport.com or by calling the toll-free number.
Data Localization: All credit data is stored within India.
Data Retention: Credit data is retained for six months and is purged automatically after this period.

We are dedicated to safeguarding user information and employ high standards of data security through secure servers and certified data storage providers (ISO/IEC 27001:2013 certified). Our security systems are evaluated continuously to mitigate threats and vulnerabilities. However, online data transmission has inherent risks, and no system can guarantee absolute security.
