Functionalities

The Pandey Transport Services mobile application provides the following key functionalities:

  • Order Creation and Fulfillment: Our team facilitates partnerships between demand and supply by managing bid acceptances and coordinating logistics posted by shippers. This process may involve collecting details like pick-up/drop-off locations, freight value, and truck specifications from within the Platform
  • In-App Calls: Users may make and receive calls directly from the Platform to confirm bookings, and details such as ratings, locations, and verification statuses of partners may be displayed for easy access. A "Calls" section records these interactions.

Disclosure and Retention of Personal Information

Personal Information is used solely for its intended purposes, with retention limited to the period necessary to achieve those purposes or as required by law.

  • Data Localization: All credit data is stored within India.
  • Data Retention: Credit data is retained for six months and is purged automatically after this period.
